Shipping

Buyers in the United States will have their purchases shipped by USPS, priority flat rate. Current rates, and the addition of insurance on the value of your purchase, will determine your cost.  We will email you with the total cost when it is determined. International buyers should contact us by email to discuss shipping and costs.

Return and Refund Policy

We sincerely hope our customers are thrilled with their purchases, but if there is an issue, please contact us immediately by email - aurorafaceting@gmail.com

You may return the gemstone/jewelry/rough within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, minus fees, shipping and handling costs, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be returned in original, undamaged condition.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged and returned with the appropriate tracking and insurance.

  • A refund, minus fees, shipping and handling costs, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). 

  • A refund will not be issued if the product is returned in damaged condition or has been altered in any way.
